P&D (Pick & Drive) respects the privacy of its Customers, Riders and other authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be processed when you use P&D services.
Information we may collect
- Account information such as name, mobile number and profile information.
- For Riders, identity, vehicle and verification information supplied during registration.
- Pickup, destination and location information required to provide ride and live-location services.
- Ride requests, offers, ride status and other service-related records.
- Device information and notification tokens required to deliver app notifications.
- Support communications when you contact us.
Location information
Location information may be used to determine pickup locations, find nearby riders, calculate routes, support live rides and maintain Rider availability where the user has enabled the relevant permissions.
How information is used
- To provide Customer and Rider services.
- To process ride requests and ride status updates.
- To support safety, administration and account verification.
- To send service and ride notifications.
- To troubleshoot and improve P&D services.
Data sharing
Information may be shared between relevant Customers, Riders and authorized administrators only where required to provide the service. P&D may also use infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the application.
Data security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No internet or electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Account and data deletion
Users may request deletion of their P&D account and associated personal data. See our Account Deletion page for instructions. Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or legitimate transaction records.
