These Terms apply to your use of P&D (Pick & Drive). By creating or using an account you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly.

Accounts

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and protecting their account credentials.

Ride services

P&D provides a platform through which Customers and Riders may connect for Pick & Drop services. Ride availability, estimated time, routes and service availability may vary.

Rider responsibilities

Riders must provide accurate registration and vehicle information and comply with applicable laws, safety requirements and administrative approval requirements.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and destination information and use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner.

Notifications and location

Some P&D features require notifications and location permissions. Disabling these permissions may prevent certain ride, tracking or alert features from working properly.

Service changes

P&D may update, improve or discontinue features as the service develops.
